28 Second Front Lever Hold! Only With 2 Fingers!!

I just went into the gym to train away all those holiday calories and I almost managed to complete a 30 second front lever hold, and only with two fingers! This has been a goal of mine for the last 2 years! Since I was feeling strong I also recorded some of the moves I'm putting in my front lever tutorial, and threw them in as a preview.
P.S. the tutorial will include supplementary skills/training, and a progression through basics with audio commentary and links to a couple of helpful resources, the moves in the preview are just a few advanced variations you can do later
