Время на выполнение норматива Bar-barians - 6 минут.
Нормой считается правильное выполнение 4-х упражнений
Все упражнения выполняються без перерыва, но если время позволяет, то можно и передохнуть.

45 отжиманий на брусьях
25 подтягиваний
55 отжиманий
5 выходов силы

Норма для вступления в клан BAR-BARIANS
1) 40 отжимания на брусьях
2) 20 Чистых подтягиваний
3) 50 отжиманий от пола
4) 5 выходов силой на две руки

Норматив Бар-Барианс моего друга, Александра. Для норматива необходимо выполнить: 5 выходов на две руки, 45 раз на брусьях, 25 подтягиваний, 55 отжиманий от пола, и в завершение снова 5 выходов. Все это за 6 минут.

В исполнении австралийца Джаза.

1. 5 Выходов на две.
2. 52 отжиманий на брусьях (полный разгиб и сгибание больше 90 градусов)
3. 25 чистых подтягиваний.
4. 55 чистых отжиманий от пола.
5. 5 Выходов на две.

Bar-Barian Parkour Requirements.

Time allowed- 10 minutes with penalties for leaving bar, using side rail, or omitting reps.
Time starts at first muscle up, time ends at last pushup.
All penalties are to be added to final time for complete time.

3 continuous rounds. Each round athlete is allowed to omit
one move for a 15 second penalty to be added at end of time.

normally i wouldnt post this due to me not being satisfied with the form(and im huge on form)but this is basically a warm up that i have been doing on a daily basis(sometimes 2x a day)in fact this was the 2nd time that day completing this requirement.but this is more based on time then anything else,and anyone thatgave this a shot knows how difficult this is to do in less then 6 minutes,let alone 4:20....anyway,i ll be deleting this vid soon and ill post an official one with excellent form this week!..in fact i have these requirements on video at least 10x..all in the low 5minute range...enjoy
