Jogless Stripes

Here's how I remove that "stairstep" that shows up when making stripes while single crocheting in the round.

This technique assumes that you're working in closed rounds, rather than in spirals. For more now I make jogless stripes when working in spirals, check this video:

If you love working your single crochet projects in spirals, but are afraid to change colors because of those ugly jogs you get, this video is for you.

This method will get rid of your offset color changes and give you inline stripes when working single crochet in spirals such as amigurumi.
