Pole dance уроки: The Legend

This is in my opinion the easier and safest way to get into this position. It is also possible from a cradle invert or a tuck,but I find it to be a bit too hard on the wrist and forearm.
Feel free to play and experiment with leg variations,there are many possibilites,do what works best for you and your body type.
My personal favorite is the split variation (The Legend split). You don't need to be able to do a perfect split to make it look like it ;)
