Today we are going to rock some MMA Agility! This is a cardio HIIT workout with fast paced moves that I through some kicks into to make it more fun! We start with an agility move, then we add a kick to it, then well do a new move and add a kick to that and finally we will put the two agility kicking moves together for a full combo! This workout will get the heart rate way up and have you sweated!
